We collect your full name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, and church branch. For exam participation we also record your answers, scores, and time spent. Attendance records include the date, session, and method of marking.
Your data is used solely to manage Sunday School operations — tracking attendance, delivering lessons and exams, and communicating important announcements. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties.
Your personal data is accessible only to designated church administrators and super-admins. Teachers can see class rosters and exam results for their assigned classes. Members can only see their own data. No external parties have access.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. The portal is hosted on Hostinger's secure infrastructure. Access is controlled by role-based permissions.
This portal operates in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. Your data is collected with your consent at registration, used only for the stated purposes, and is not transferred outside Nigeria without appropriate safeguards. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting the church administration. You may also withdraw consent for data processing, in which case your account will be deactivated.
Member data is retained for as long as you are an active member of RCCG The Oasis. If you leave the church, your data will be archived for 12 months and then permanently deleted upon request.
